Mrs. Barbara Uche Ehirim holds LLB from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in 2004, BL from Nigerian Law School in 2006, LLM from University of Lagos in 2012. She is a qualified mediator and a member of Professionals of Negotiators and Mediators. She is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators. She is a Notary Public.

She worked in several Law Firms including being a Managing/Principal Partner in Bee & Cee Chambers. She has also worked with Resort Savings & Loans as a Legal Officer and Lagos City Polytechnic (lecturing Business Law, Company Law, Principles of Law & Labour Law).

At Odili Okechukwu & Co, she is the Head, Legal Services and Compliance, a post she has held till date.
