Mr. Fasasi is a graduate of Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He is a student member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation.

He has worked with Shofolawe-Bakare & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior, Adetola Adekoya & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Tax Manager, F.O. Consulting Services (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Manager before joining Odili Okechukwu & Co.
